group orders

𝟏. i mostly host xianyu gos, so all the sets i post are from xianyu ( unless otherwise stated. if I’m hosting from another platform, i’ll always mention it in the post )— xianyu packages usually take around 1 week to arrive to caddy
— for xianyu batches, payments are split into initials, ems and doms ( there is no custom payment! )

rules

𝟏. absolutely no backouts! unless you can find a replacement for your claim(s).𝟐. if you miss the payment deadline ( for initials, ems, or doms ), late fees are : 50 cents per day.
♡ as a payment i only accept paypal f&f, bank transfer or blik ( if polish ppl )


𝟑. not paying on time can mean losing your claims and being unable to join my future gos. if you’re having any trouble with the payment, just let me know! i’m always happy to help you if needed :)♡ please don’t join if you’re picky about minor defects — manufacturers aren’t always perfect.𝟒. every group order that gets secured will have its own group chat. i’ll keep you updated there with everything ( shipping updates, arrivals, etc. )𝟓. when the set arrives, i’ll send a doms form in the group chat. you’ll have a certain amount of time to fill it out — usually around 3 weeks!♡ once i send the payment info, you’ll have up to 1 week to pay for your doms. if you need an extension, please let me know beforehand! ( if you don’t inform me in advance and miss the deadline, your claims will be forfeited. )

personal orders

♡ besides the sets i post, i also can order for you any item ( not too heavy ) from xianyu/taobao - it doesn’t have to be k-pop related item.


𝟏. if you want to order something just send me a link or screenshot of the item you want, and i’ll let you know the total price ( initial + proxy fee )
♡ please always check the seller’s reviews + the item’s condition yourself. i’ll let you know if anything seems suspicious, but i can’t guarantee that an item is authentic or that a seller isn’t a scammer :(

𝟐. if the price doesn’t work for you, there’s absolutely no pressure to buy it! just let me know, and i’ll look for another listing that fits your budget.
♡ once you decide you’d like to buy the item, i’ll need the payment first so i can order!

𝟏. if a go post is archived or deleted, it means the go has been canceled.𝟐. for unsecured sets/interest checks : i only secure sets if all spots are claimed — but occasionally i can cover the payments for the few that unclaimed.
♡ i collect payments once the set is fully claimed ( i usually give 3/4 days to make the payment )𝟑. please follow me after claiming, so i can add you to the payment gc ( you can unfollow after being added. )♡ also remember that communication is key! if you go inactive after claiming ( not accepting group chat invites, ignoring messages, etc. ), you’ll lose your claim(s) without a refund!

most importantly — only join if you’re genuinely interested and can pay on time!

𝟏. i’ll always send a video of the pc(s) condition using flash + packing proof, addy check & shipping proof. i’ll also make sure your pc(s) are safely packed in a greeting card, penny sleeve, and toploader for extra protection. ( i except the same from you when trading )
